My precious boy!

Today was a wonderful day. We went to school this morning and in chapel they learned about Christ having communion with the disciples, and Kaden brought home a precious craft that he made of a cross that says "Jesus Lives, Alleluia". After school we went to the park because it was such a pretty day! Kaden and Kinsley played in the sandbox for awhile and then obeyed the first time when I told them it was time to go! Here's a snippet of our conversation on the way home...

Kaden: Mommy did you know that when Jesus got off the cross he still had holes in his hands?

Me: Yes, isn't that cool? They were still there to remind us he died on the cross to save us from our sins.

Kaden: Yeah, but I bet he couldn't pick up raisins!

(For those of you that are a little slow, it's because he thought the raisins would probably fall through the holes - ha ha!)
