Walking With The Dinosaurs

Tonight we went to Walking With the Dinosaurs!  The kiddos were THRILLED!!!!  We had a blast!  I don't know if its just a sign of the times or what, but NO ONE was there, so we went down and had front row seats after intermission!!!  Kinsley wore her vintage mushroom shirt I just love - Jayna this one's for you, I think it was yours some...30 years ago or so????  LOVE IT!  Oh, and Kaden wore his Darth Vader Lives shirt - in case any of you were wondering:)

Here's my mom, she's so precious, she bought these tickets for them because she knew they'd love it - and she loves science, and she wants them to love science, which they do, so that's good!  Thanks so much mom - it was so much fun!

Ummm, slight detour for this architectural shot - thought it was cool, I was an architecture major once, for those of you who don't know!  Dad - for you! (he's an architect, again, for those of you who don't know:))

The amazing and HUGE T-Rex - he roared at as!!!  Wow, quite dramatic!

Don't remember the name of this one - spiny little thing!

Don't remember this one either - but it was known for its rather large head!

There was once a time when insects flourished, and therefore, so did flowers of many different varieties - the ozone was good, and so was the amount of precipitation, obviously they eventually died off and only the strongest species survived!  Hopefully we'll see these in heaven again someday!

Pteradactyl

Brachiosaurus (aka:  long-neck)

Stegasaurus - and Kaden has a song for this one:  "I'm a stegasaurus, a funny looking dinosaur, for on my back are several bony plates, and on my tail there's more!"

All in all, we had a great time, and the kiddos want dinosaurs for Christmas now:)

Okay, so I don't get out much. Where was this exhibit? Is it still there? My kids would love this!

Chass and I took the older n=boys there last year! It was awesome! Was it at American Airlines Center again?
